Information We Collect

We collect personal data — such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information — when you make a purchase, create an account, or contact us. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

  • Process and fulfil your orders
  • Communicate with you about your orders and account
  • Send you promotional emails (you can opt out at any time)

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as strictly necessary to fulfil your order or comply with legal requirements. This includes:

  • Courier partners (DTDC, Delhivery, FedEx) — name and address for delivery

If you pay via EMI through Razorpay, your card number and bank-registered mobile number may be shared with the issuing bank solely for EMI eligibility verification. This is not used for any other purpose by Calcutta Records.
