Return & Cancellation Policy
We stand behind every item we sell. Here's what to do if something goes wrong.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives physically damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund.
To process your claim, please include an unboxing video as proof. Please return the product within 7 days of contacting us. Retain all original packaging.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Description Discrepancies
While we strive for accuracy in all listings, minor discrepancies between the description and the actual item are occasionally possible, particularly for pre-owned goods. We handle such cases individually:
- Minor discrepancies (e.g., surface noise consistent with stated grade, sleeve wear within grade range) — these are within the accepted tolerance of condition grading and are not grounds for return.
- Significant discrepancies (e.g., item materially different from description, wrong pressing, grade substantially overstated) — please contact us within 7 days with photographs/video. We will offer a resolution which may include replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion based on the evidence provided.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:
- The product was physically damaged during shipping (with unboxing video proof)
- An incorrect item was sent
- A significant description discrepancy is confirmed (at our discretion)
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction with sound quality consistent with the stated grade, or pre-existing condition clearly described in the listing. Once we verify your refund request, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6–7 business days.
Return Shipping
To return an item, please contact us first to obtain a return authorisation. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, and must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Exchange / Replacement Timeline
Once the return is received and verified, we will dispatch the replacement product within 7 days.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: If you cancel an order before it has shipped, a cancellation fee of ₹500 or 10% of the order value (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund.
After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, both the shipping cost and a cancellation fee of ₹500 or 15% of the order value (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund.
Import / International Orders: All import orders (Japanese pressings, European imports, and any title sourced internationally on your behalf) are final sales. No cancellations or refunds will be accepted once an import order has been placed. This is because we procure these items specifically for your order.
Delivery Delays: Orders may occasionally be delayed due to vendor procurement timelines, courier disruptions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery delay alone is not grounds for cancellation or refund on confirmed orders. We will keep you informed of significant delays.
VCD Products
For VCDs, we do not offer refunds or replacements. In the event that a VCD is found to be defective or damaged, customers will be issued store credit equivalent to the VCD's value minus shipping charges after verification. An unboxing video must be submitted within 7 days of delivery as proof.
