Shipping Options
We offer shipping across the world. We use reliable courier services to ensure your records are delivered safely and on time. For India we ship via DTDC and Delhivery. For rest of the world, we ship via India Post.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the destination and weight of the records. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1000 in India.
Shipping Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days after receiving the payment. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier service availability.
Shipping Confirmation
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment through the courier service’s website.
Damage during Shipping
We take great care in packaging your records to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your records are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and replace the records at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Item Sent
In the rare event that we send you the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please note that you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the wrong item.
