Ansoo Ban Gaye Phool / Dharti Kahe Pukar Ke (Motion Picture Music) - Laxmikant Pyarelal Used Vinyl LP Record

Two classic Hindi films, one Odeon LP, and Laxmikant–Pyarelal right in their melodic prime. This 1969 pressing of “Ansoo Ban Gaye Phool / Dharti Kahe Pukar Ke (Motion Picture Music)” carries that unmistakable late‑60s Bollywood warmth – rich strings, nimble rhythms and vocals that feel like they’re walking straight out of a single‑screen theatre balcony.

The record itself plays in Very Good Minus condition: some light surface wear but nothing that kills the charm, just the sort of patina you expect from a well-kept original. The cover’s in Poor shape, scarred and worn, but there’s a certain honesty to it – like a ticket stub that somehow survived every house move.

If you love that slightly gritty, analog Hindi film sound where the orchestra feels almost within arm’s reach, this is a rewarding listen and a solid collector’s piece from the Odeon era. Spin it on a quiet evening, let the arrangements fill the room, and tell the sleeve’s battle scars your own stories.
