This 34-CD set celebrates the discographic legacy of Hungarian pianist Klára Würtz, recorded in a period spanning nearly 30 years. Würtz was born in 1965 in Budapest/Hungary, where she studied at the legendary Liszt Academy with such iconic teachers as Ferenc Rados, György Kurtág and Zoltán Kocsis. Early successes at international competitions launched her international career, which brought her to important venues all over the world. Her CD recordings enhanced her fame. Her first recording, the complete Mozart piano sonatas immediately set a golden standard: “Sensational!
