Focus – Best Of Focus Hocus Pocus (2xLP Numbered Red / White Swirl Vinyl edition) - Brand New - Vinyl LP Record (Quick Ship)

“Best Of Focus Hocus Pocus” captures the gloriously eccentric world of Dutch prog legends Focus, pressed here as a numbered 2xLP on striking red and white swirl vinyl. If you know them only from the dizzying yodels and breakneck riffs of “Hocus Pocus,” this set opens the door to the full picture: fluid guitar lines, baroque-tinged keys, and a rhythm section that moves from jazz shuffle to rock thunder without breaking a sweat.

You’ll hear how the band carved out their own corner of early ’70s rock—too adventurous for radio formulas, too melodic to vanish into obscurity. Tracks stretch, twist, and bloom, balancing virtuosity with a playful, almost surreal sense of fun. It’s music that rewards close listening, yet still hits hard from the first needle drop.

For vinyl collectors, this edition is particularly tempting: the swirling red/white wax suits the music’s wild contrasts, and the double-LP spread gives these longer cuts the breathing room they deserve. Whether you’re deep into progressive rock or just want a classic that still feels strange and alive decades later, this is the definitive way to bring Focus—and that unhinged blast of “Hocus Pocus”—into your collection.
