Garden In The City - Melanie (2) Used Vinyl LP Record

There’s a particular kind of soft-focus warmth you only get from early-’70s singer-songwriters, and Melanie absolutely nails it on “Garden In The City.” This original Buddah Records LP from 1972 comes on a Very Good record that plays with satisfying clarity and that gentle analog glow her voice deserves. The cover sits at Very Good Minus: some honest shelf wear, light edge rubbing, but still solid and presentable in a way that feels lived-in rather than beaten up.

Musically, it’s a mellow, heart-on-sleeve trip through acoustic folk-pop, with Melanie’s slightly raspy, unmistakable vocals wrapped in understated arrangements. It feels like a Sunday afternoon record—something you put on when you want the room to feel a little softer and more human.

If you’re building a shelf of early ’70s singer-songwriter gems or you just want one record that instantly makes your space feel cozier, this is a quietly essential pick. Buy Garden In The City vinyl LP in Very Good condition Today!
