Ghazals From The Films (The Love Songs Of Talat Mahmood) - Talat Mahmood Used Vinyl LP Record

Talat Mahmood didn’t just sing love songs, he floated them. This original 1962 Odeon LP gathers his most tender film ghazals into one slow-burning, late-night spin. The record is in Very Good Minus shape, with that gentle surface hush many collectors actually treasure on early Hindi pressings, while the Very Good Minus cover still holds its vintage charm and classic Odeon design.

There’s a warmth here you don’t get on modern reissues: the orchestra sits slightly behind Talat’s voice, letting every sigh and pause land just right. If you grew up hearing these songs on radio or your parents’ turntable, this LP feels like walking back into that living room. If you’re new to him, it’s a beautiful way to understand why his name still comes up whenever old-school romance is mentioned.

For lovers of Hindi film music, ghazals, or early-60s Indian vinyl, this is the sort of copy you actually play, not just frame. Buy Ghazals From The Films (The Love Songs Of Talat Mahmood) vinyl LP in Very Good Minus condition Today!
