Originally released in 1986, GREEN is one of Yoshimura's most well-loved recordings and a favorite of the Japanese ambient pioneer himself. Meant to
convey “the comfortable scenery of the natural cycle known as GREEN,” as Yoshimura explains in the original liner notes, GREEN is a timeless body of work whose calming sounds feel more relevant today than ever, especially in light of the fears and uncertainties we face during these unprecedented times.
