Gunga Jumna - Naushad Used Vinyl LP Record

Naushad’s score for Gunga Jumna is one of those records that makes you slow down and actually sit with the music. Pressed on a single HMV LP, this 1978 Hindi film soundtrack still carries that rich, old-school studio warmth you just don’t get from reissues. The record plays in Very Good Minus condition: light marks and a gentle crackle in quieter spots, but the music cuts through beautifully, with the dholak, strings, and chorus staying lively and clear. The cover is Remade, so don’t expect original memorabilia; instead, you get a clean, functional jacket that’s ready for regular shelf pulls, not museum glass. This is a lovely pickup if you’re building a serious Naushad section, curating classic Bollywood soundtracks, or just want something that feels like a late-night All India Radio broadcast in your living room.
