"It's Christmas!" is the first Christmas album by the German world star. Jonas Kaufmann has selected his favorite Christmas carols from Germany and around the world and recorded them with fantastic musicians. The German Christmas carols that Jonas Kaufmann chose are closely related to his memories of a happy Christmas with the family, which is why CD 1 not only includes well-known German Christmas carols such as "Leise rieselt der Schnee", "Alle Jahres wieder ...", "Vom Himmel hoch ..." or "Daughter Zion" on the album, but also special Bavarian folk tunes like "Es wird scho glei dumpa" and "Im Woid is so staad".
