Jeff Beck – Truth - Brand New - Vinyl LP Record (Quick Ship)

Jeff Beck’s 'Truth' isn’t just a debut—it’s a turning point in the evolution of British rock. Arriving in 1968, Beck’s first solo outing after his Yardbirds tenure set a new standard for what rock guitar could express: ferocity, subtlety, and emotion in equal measure. This album brings together a fiery young lineup, featuring a then-unknown Rod Stewart and the legendary Ronnie Wood, both lending performances that hint at their future stardom. Beck reimagines blues classics ('You Shook Me', 'I Ain’t Superstitious') and injects them with a raw, almost reckless energy that feels both reverent and revolutionary. The production is unpolished in the best way—every note, riff, and howl feels immediate and alive. 'Truth' is also a blueprint for hard rock and heavy metal, its influence rippling through generations of guitarists. For anyone passionate about the roots of modern rock, or for vinyl collectors seeking a record with genuine historical weight, 'Truth' is essential. This is the sound of an artist pushing boundaries and defining a new era—one riff at a time.
