Langs Scheld- En Dende... - Kludde - Audio CD (Arrives in 50 days)

A quarter century of Kludde! To mark this anniversary, Langs Scheld- en Denderland will be re-released as a co-release between Consouling Sounds and Thenra Collectivum. For the first time, it will be professionally available as a 6‑panel CD digisleeve and on black vinyl. The album has been completely remixed and remastered by Cerulean. While sounding significantly better, the original feel and atmosphere have been carefully preserved. The artwork has also received a tasteful upgrade. The demo was initially released on CD‑R in 2002 and was well received in the local underground and beyond. It caught the attention of Nightmare Productions, the label run by Nocturnus Horrendus of Corpus Christi, who re-released the demo one year later, in 2003, on tape. Today, these original versions have become highly sought‑after collector’s items within the underground black metal scene. Kludde was formed around 2001 by Snoodaert and Uglúk as a black metal studio project inspired by the second wave of black metal. Local folklore was chosen as the conceptual foundation, and the band name refers to an evil tormentor said to lurk along the waterfront at night, frightening unsuspecting passers‑by. The Kludde—also known as Kleddemèvel or Waterklerre—is a shapeshifter who often appeared in the form of a large black dog, walking on its hind legs, with glowing crimson eyes and wrapped in rattling chains.
