London Town - Wings (2) Used

Here’s Wings easing off the stadium lights and wandering along the river instead. “London Town” catches McCartney in a reflective 1978 mood—soft, slightly hazy, full of melodic turns that sneak up on you after the second or third spin. The synth touches and laid-back grooves give this record a cozy, late-evening glow that digital versions never quite match.

This Capitol pressing is a Used original on 33 RPM Vinyl in Very Good Minus shape, both record and sleeve. Expect light surface marks and a bit of gentle wear on the cover—nothing that stops the music, but just enough to remind you it’s lived a life before yours. The warmth coming off the grooves more than makes up for a few faint crackles between tracks.

If you’ve only heard the hits, this album feels like finding a quiet side street in a city you thought you already knew. Buy London Town vinyl Vinyl in Very Good Minus condition Today! and give your turntable one of McCartney’s most underrated detours.
