Love Walked In - The Now Melachrino Strings Used Vinyl LP Record

This 1970 Pickwick/33 pressing of “Love Walked In” by The Now Melachrino Strings is pure soft-focus romance on wax. Lush string arrangements glide through classic melodies, the kind of record that quietly steals the room the second the needle drops.

The vinyl sits in Very Good Minus condition: a few light marks and a touch of surface noise in the quiet parts, but nothing that spoils the warmth of those sweeping strings. The cover is Very Good Plus, still clean and presentable with that vintage Pickwick charm intact—perfect for sliding onto a shelf of old-school easy listening gems.

If you grew up with string orchestra records spinning in the background on Sunday afternoons, this feels like finding an old family friend. If you’re new to this world, it’s a gentle introduction to how rich, spacious, and cinematic these arrangements can feel on an original 33rpm LP.
