Ozzy Osbourne – Scream (CD) - Brand New - Audio CD (Quick Ship)

Released in 2010, “Scream” finds Ozzy Osbourne refusing to coast on legacy and instead sharpening his teeth for a new decade. It’s a studio record that leans hard into modern metal crunch while keeping his unmistakable melodic flair front and center. With Gus G stepping in on guitar, the album crackles with fresh riff ideas: tight, muscular, and built for volume, yet always leaving space for Ozzy’s haunted, instantly recognizable voice.

Across these tracks, you hear an artist pushing against time rather than surrendering to it. The choruses are huge and chant-ready, the rhythms are engineered for headbanging, and the production gives everything a cold, metallic sheen that suits Ozzy’s apocalyptic storytelling. Lyrically, he’s still wrestling with madness, survival, and the state of the world, but there’s a defiant streak that feels more battle-scarred than theatrical.

This CD is for listeners who grew up on classic Ozzy and Sabbath but want to hear how that sound evolved rather than froze in nostalgia. It’s also a strong entry point for newer metal fans who know the myth but not the music. File it under: late-career statement that actually hits hard.
