Raga Bihag - Pahadi - Bhairvi (Vol 1) - Ajoy Chakrabarty Used Audio CD

There’s a certain hush that only a 90s Indian classical CD can summon, and this 1993 Navras release catches Ajoy Chakrabarty right in that zone. His voice lingers over Raga Bihag, slips into Pahadi, and settles into Bhairvi with the ease of someone who’s lived inside these ragas for decades. It’s the sort of disc you put on when the house is finally quiet and you’re ready to let a single voice and tanpura color the room.

The disc itself is in Near Mint shape, so the alaaps and taans land with clarity, without the haze or wear you’d expect from a three-decade-old title. The cover is graded Very Good: light signs of age, the kind that collectors actually enjoy, but nothing distracting.

If you’ve been wanting a focused set of evening and late-night ragas from a master vocalist, this one earns its space on the shelf. Buy Raga Bihag - Pahadi - Bhairvi (Vol 1) cd in Near Mint condition Today!
