Rarely Heard Ragas - Vilayat Khan Used Audio CD

Here’s Vilayat Khan away from the usual ‘hits’—just pure, unhurried alaaps and glowing taans that feel like a late-night baithak pressed onto a shiny little disc. Recorded for Music Today in 1997, this Rarely Heard Ragas CD captures his sitar tone at its smoky, singing best, with every meend stretching time just a bit longer than you expect.

This used CD plays cleanly in Very Good Plus recordCondition, with a coverCondition that’s Very Good: light shelf wear, no drama, nothing that spoils that old-school charm. It’s the sort of title you don’t casually stumble upon in big shops anymore, which is why it sits so well in a focused Indian Classical shelf or a serious raga listener’s stack.

If you’ve been hunting for something off the beaten track from Vilayat Khan, this is the quiet gem that keeps calling you back at 2 a.m. Buy Rarely Heard Ragas cd in Very Good Plus condition Today!
