Return Of Art Pepper - Art Pepper - Vinyl LP Record (Arrives in 20 days)

After spending extended periods with the Stan Kenton Orchestra in the 1940s and early 1950s, Art Pepper (1925-1982) began recording small-group albums in the mid-1950s. The Return of Art Pepper presents the saxophonist in a quintet setting (with Jack Sheldon, Russ Freeman, Leroy Vinnegar & Shelly Manne) recorded shortly after he completed his first drug-related prison sentence of nearly two years (1953–1954). Sadly, Pepper would be incarcerated again for the same reason, leading to further “returns” to his musical career. THE COMPLETE ALBUM + 1 BONUS TRACK - 180-GRAM VIRGIN VINYL - LIMITED EDITION
