Rock Of The Westies - Elton John Used Vinyl LP Record

Here’s Elton John in 1975, turning up the grit and volume. This HMV pressing of “Rock Of The Westies” catches him right in that sweet spot between piano balladry and barroom swagger—fat bass, crunchy guitars, and vocals that sit perfectly in the mix without getting harsh.

The vinyl itself is in Very Good Plus shape: surfaces are clean, plays strong, and still has that lively analog snap that makes streaming versions feel flat. The cover is Very Good Minus, with honest shelf wear and soft edges—more like a well-read book than a beater, and the spine still looks solid on the shelf.

If you love Elton beyond the usual hits, this LP shows off his rougher, rockier side, and it’s a great way to hear these songs the way mid‑’70s hi-fi nerds actually heard them—on wax, turned up a little too loud. Buy Rock Of The Westies vinyl LP in Very Good Plus condition Today!
