Shor - Laxmikant-Pyarelal Used Vinyl LP Record

This original Odeon pressing of Laxmikant–Pyarelal’s 1972 Shor soundtrack feels like a time capsule from a Bombay studio floor. The arrangements are big but never overstuffed, with strings, harmonium, and percussion all locking into that unmistakable early‑70s Hindi film sound. Vocals sit upfront with just enough surface crackle from the Very Good Minus record to remind you this copy has a lived-in history, not a factory-fresh past. The cover has been remade, so you get clean artwork rather than tattered nostalgia, while the grooves still carry that warm, slightly smoky aura you only get from an old Odeon LP. Perfect for late-night listening or as a showpiece in a classic Bollywood collection. If you’re building a shelf that tells the story of Hindi cinema’s golden music era, this one earns its space.
