Tattoo You - Rolling Stones* - LP - Pre Owned Vinyl (Arrives in 21days)

Released in 1981, 'Tattoo You' stands as a testament to the Rolling Stones’ uncanny ability to reinvent themselves while staying true to their roots. Built from a trove of unreleased tracks spanning the previous decade, the album feels both familiar and newly urgent—its infectious opener, 'Start Me Up,' remains a stadium anthem decades on. But 'Tattoo You' is more than its hits; the album’s first half burns with the Stones’ signature swagger and Keith Richards’ inimitable riffs, while the second half slides into a soulful, slow-burning groove. Tracks like 'Waiting on a Friend' and 'Worried About You' reveal the band’s reflective side, capturing the passing of time with a subtle poignancy. For vinyl collectors, this album isn’t just a classic—it’s a snapshot of the Stones at a pivotal moment, bridging their raw early sound and their polished '80s persona. Whether you’re reliving your first listen or discovering the Stones’ magic anew, 'Tattoo You' is a cornerstone of any serious rock collection, inviting you to savor every crackle and groove from the turntable.
