The album was made in one session on February 9, 1960, produced by Orrin Keepnews and features part of the rhythm section from saxophonist Cannonball Adderley’s group: bassist Sam Jones and drummer Louis Hayes. Also including the songs ‘Baby Please Don’t Go’ and ‘Natchez Fire’.
