Hoodies - New Jazz Underground - Vinyl LP Record (Arrives in 50 days)

New Jazz Underground presents Hoodies, a
powerful debut album that transforms their viral
momentum into a defining artistic statement.
The American trio — Abdias Armenteros
(saxophone/vocals), Sebastian Rios (bass), and
T.J. Reddick (drums) — first captured global
attention through street performances and
striking live videos, building a devoted online
following before ascending to major stages like
the Newport Jazz Festival. On Hoodies, New Jazz
Underground channel their pandemic-born
brotherhood into a bold, culture-conscious
work that bridges jazz tradition with hip-hopinflected
grooves, Afro-Cuban rhythms, and
raw, vocal-led blues. Rooted in deep musical
chemistry and sharpened by years of
constant performance, Hoodies captures the
trio’s fresh energy, precision, and emotional
deepness in full force—confirming them as one
of the most exciting new bands redefining jazz
for a new generation.
