Kranti - Laxmikant-Pyarelal Used Vinyl LP Record

Here’s a slice of 1980 that still smells of single-screen cinemas and Friday tickets: Laxmikant–Pyarelal’s powerful soundtrack to *Kranti* on original EMI vinyl. The record itself plays in Very Good Minus condition, with that warm analog punch that gives the dhol, strings and soaring choruses real weight in the room. The cover has had a rougher life and sits in Poor shape, but the music inside feels far from worn out.

This LP is for listeners who remember patriotic blockbusters blasting from neighborhood loudspeakers, or younger collectors curious about how bold, brassy Hindi film scores once ruled the soundscape. The arrangements are big, unapologetic and dramatic, the kind that make a simple living room feel like a 70mm screen. If you’re building a serious Laxmikant–Pyarelal shelf or just want one record that screams “golden-era Bollywood spectacle,” this belongs in the stack.
