Part of the Jean-Pierre Leloir Collection, Lady Sings the Blues was one of the last great studio albums by Billie Holiday. Three songs have been added to the CD that complete the album’s 1954 session, plus Billie’s 1957 Newport concert, on which she also performed a version of “Lady Sings the Blues”.
